• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Goto the website https://www.walmart.com/help
2. Click the link that reads the chat bubble in the bottom right corner
3. Click the link that reads the text box and type “agent”
4. Give the rep the info they need to find your account
5. Choose “Start Chat”
6. Give the rep the info they need to find your account
7. Tell the rep you need to cancel
8. Request that the agent emails you confirmation or gives you a verbal confirmation code
9. Keep the proof given to you for your records

Follow these steps:

1. Goto the website https://www.walmart.com/plus
2. Click the link that reads “Sign In” at the top right corner
3. Login using email and password
4. Navigate down the page and find “Manage MY Membership”
5. Navigate down the page and find “Cancel Walmart+ Membership”
