3. Give the rep the info they need to find your account
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep
5. Ask if you can be granted a refund
6. Request that the agent emails you confirmation or gives you a verbal confirmation code
7. Keep the proof given to you for your records

2. Login using Email address and password
3. Click the link that reads your name in the upper right of the screen
4. Click the link that reads “Account settings”
5. Navigate down the page and find “Downgrade” on the right side of the screen
6. Click the link that reads your reason for cancelling
