2. Login using email address and password
3. Click the link that reads “Customer Support” at the top of the page
4. Navigate down the page and find “Cancel account”
5. Click the link that reads “Cancel account”
6. Enter in your information where requested
7. Click the link that reads “Cancel account”
8. Keep the proof given to you for your records

Follow these steps:

1. Create an email requesting to cancel your account
2. Give the rep the info they need to find your account
3. Tell the rep you need to cancel
4. Request that the agent emails you confirmation or gives you a verbal confirmation code
