Follow these steps:

1. Pick up your phone and call the phone number of the gym you most frequently attend or signed up at
2. Request that the agent walk you through the steps to cancel your account
3. Give the rep the info they need to find your account
4. Tell the rep you need to cancel

6. You may need to call back a few days later to ensure your account was cancelled.
7. Keep the proof given to you for your records

1. Create a letter and include your account information as we’ve listed. Also include your email address.
2. Tell the rep you need to cancel within the body of the letter
3. Request that the agent emails you confirmation or gives you a verbal confirmation code in reply to your letter. Sign and date your letter.
4. Use certified mail to send the letter to the address given to you by the gym on the phone.
5. Pick up your phone and call the phone number of the gym a few days after your certified letter tracking shows it’s been received by the gym to ensure your account is cancelled
