• Billing Address

• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

2. Tell the rep you need to cancel
3. Give the rep the info they need to find your account
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep
5. Request that the agent emails you confirmation or gives you a verbal confirmation code

4. Choose “Account Information”
