How to cancel AOL ID Vault

Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• The Security Question setup on your account
• The Answer to the Security Question setup on your account
• Email address on the account
• Password
• Amount of Charge
• Last 4 digits of Credit Card being charged

Follow these steps:

1. Pick up your phone and call 1-(855) 797-2781  
2. Tell the rep you need to cancel
3. Give the rep the info they need to find your account
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep
5. Ask if you can be granted a refund
6. Request that the agent emails you confirmation or gives you a verbal confirmation code
7. Keep the proof given to you for your records

Follow these steps:

1. Goto the website https://myservices.aol.com/manageSubscriptions#/
2. Login using AOL email address and password
3. Click the link that reads “My Services” on the left side of the screen
4. Click the link that reads “Subscriptions”
5. Navigate down the page and find “Manage my Benefits”
6. Click the link that reads “Manage my Benefits”
7. Enter in your information where requested
8. Keep the proof given to you for your records
