I was charged for this service also. Regardless of whether it’s a taxi service or not. I have never used this company nor was I travelling on the day in question. 🙁
Have you contacted the company to discuss the charge? I did and they advised me that they’re both a taxi app and an EFTPOS terminal for taxi’s. If you didn’t travel on the day though, I would contact them!
